Come unroll a mat with this hatha style yoga class that aims to bring a little comfort to Charlottesville yoga.
Welcome to yoga!
My name is Kristin Schutz, and I have been practicing yoga for the last ten years. I gained my certification from Rollinsville Colorado's Shoshoni Yoga School. This was where I was able to learn to teach and practice in a supportive, and kind way. Within the hatha tradition, yoga is meant to be inclusive. Yoga provides a great way to connect with your fellow community members, significant other, friends, and even strangers.
Come take a breath with me in a place where yogis of all shapes and sizes are welcome.

Events & Workshops
I stumbled into one of Kristin's yoga classes by accident one day, and by the end of her class, I was hooked and soon became a regular. My mood and balance always felt better after taking Kristin's yoga classes and I've been searching for a class like hers since! Kristin has a great energy, is a patient teacher, and provides a wonderful balance of encouragement and empowerment to her yoga students. I always admired her ability to teach and manage different age groups all in one setting. I was one of her younger students at 26, but there were those in the same class in their 60s & older. Kristin was able to manage everyone in the class with the right balance of attention, assistance, & patience. I'm so grateful that I stumbled into that class and to Kristin for introducing me to the world of yoga!

Girls Yoga Summer Camp
Coming this July to your neighborhood! Give your elementary through middle schoolers a place to learn and explore healthy habits. This camp will teach the girls to be kind to their bodies, and their friends.
Couples workshop
Connect with your partner on a new level with this partners workshop Saturday June 11th from 10:00am - noon. All partner poses will help you to move together, breath together, and connect in a deeper way.
